As Guy watched the way his beloved Grandmother’s life was changed by a caring audiologist when she was fitted with a hearing system many years ago – he was inspired to join the profession and make changes of his own.
After studying in Manchester and Cardiff, he qualified in the early 1990s – and has loved being able to help and take care of numerous patients since.
He has trained over 200 audiologists throughout Europe, in how to best take care and look after the long term hearing health care of their patients.
He is blessed to be surrounded by an experienced team of trusted, professional and loyal people – we love what we do and our patients love what we do for them.
Our flagship is a state of the art practice based on the Isle of Man and we have rolled out our full hearing health services across selected areas of the UK.We are highly selective who we work with and only employ elite dispensers who are passionate about what they do and are experts in their field. Our patients only deserve the best.
Guy and his wife have two daughters – their eldest is studying bio medicine at Edinburgh University and is a keen rower. The youngest has just started her GCSEs – and is still managing to make her Dad laugh every single day, despite studying hard!
Away from My Hearing – Guy, after a long career playing rugby still enjoys competing and has completed full Ironman events, ran ultra marathons and finished a number of endurance events. He has raised awareness for people to donate blood – and has encouraged over 11,000 people to give and help others through his “Fancy Sharing A Pint?” Campaign – greatly helped by Chris Evans’ mention on his breakfast show.
His goal is to make sure every single patient gets the best advice for their long term hearing health care and is given the time, patience and assistance that they require.
You will be in the safest of hands.
