All quotations and orders are accepted subject to the following terms and benefits and are in addition to your statutory rights which remain unaffected.
Before assessing your hearing, our registered HCPC (Health and Care Professional Council) hearing professionals will need to undertake a full and comprehensive assessment with you. This assessment will include a hearing test and assessment based on your personal circumstances and will focus on you and how we can help you. If we identify that we can’t help you this may be for a number of reasons which may include medical, in-sufficient hearing loss or other issues which your hearing care professional will explain. We may refer you for medical advice from your doctor and we may recommend you for wax removal. As part of our commitment to providing you with aftercare, we undertake to provide you with further personal after-care and rehabilitation appointments after the fitting of your hearing aid at no additional charge to you. Such consultations will assess your progress and offer any further assistance that may be required.
When you sign and place an order with us, this does not mean that we have accepted your order for goods. The contract between us will come into existence on the earlier of our written acceptance of your order or the delivery of the goods. If we are unable to supply you with the goods, we will inform you in writing and discuss how we progress your order.
Please note that timescales for delivery will vary. We will contact you with a delivery date usually within 14 days of the order.
Our prices may vary from time to time, but price changes will not affect orders that we have confirmed with you. Orders must be paid for in full unless alternative terms are agreed at the time of order.
60 Day Money Back Guarantee
Your hearing aid is supplied to you with the full benefit of our 60 Day Money Back Guarantee of Satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with your hearing aid you may return it to us within 60 days of the date of fitting. We will refund the price of the hearing aid(s)in full, once all items are returned to My Hearing: including hearing aid(s), accessories and batteries. You will be liable for the cost of all items that are damaged or not returned within the 60 days from date of fitting. Your rights to obtain a refund or repair of your hearing aid(s) in the event of you being supplied with a faulty hearing aid(s) are not restricted.
Free Hearing Test
Our free hearing test provides a thorough assessment of your hearing by our qualified hearing professionals with no obligation to buy, they will explain your results during the appointment.
We will be offering home visits from an Audiologist to the customers home if you are unable to attend one of our clinics.
Events Outside Our Control
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under the contract that is caused by an event outside of our control. An event outside our control means any act or event beyond our reasonable control. Where an event outside our control occurs, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible to notify you and our obligations will be suspended for the duration of the event outside our control. You may choose to cancel the contract and receive a refund if the event outside our control continues for longer than 21 days.
